Hazel is a tiny farming community in far western Kentucky, three miles from Tennessee in Calloway County. Access the town via State Route 893 from Murray (12 miles north) or continue south to cross into Tennessee. The nearest interstate access is I-40, about 30 miles south. The local post office has operated continuously since 1876.
