Haynes is a tiny farming town of 75 people in Arkansas's Mississippi Delta, about 15 miles southwest of Forrest City via US-70 and county roads. The closest airport is Forrest City Municipal, roughly 15 miles northeast. Despite its small size, the community maintains its own post office in the heart of Arkansas cotton country.
