Hartselle is a small city in northern Alabama's Tennessee Valley, easily reached via Interstate 65 at Exit 334. The town sits at the junction of I-65 and Highway 36, about 70 miles north of Birmingham and 90 miles south of Nashville. Downtown features dozens of topiary sculptures carved from living trees, earning it the nickname "City of Sculpted Trees."
