Harris is a tiny Missouri farming community of 38 people in Sullivan County. Drive west from Kirksville on US 136 for 25 miles, then turn north on county roads through corn and soybean country. Long-distance visitors typically come via I-35 to Bethany, then east on US 136. The century-old country store still serves locals with its hand-painted red sign.
