Harman is a tiny mountain community of 119 people in eastern West Virginia's Randolph County. Take US Route 33 to reach it, about 15 miles east of Elkins or west from the Virginia border. The town sits in an Appalachian valley where two tributaries meet before joining the Cheat River system.
