Hanska is a small farming town in south-central Minnesota, connected by State Highway 4 about 15 miles southwest of New Ulm. Most visitors arrive via Highway 14 to New Ulm, then take Highway 4 south through corn and soybean country. The town's water tower features a distinctive Native American chief silhouette that's been a local landmark for decades.
