Hampton is a tiny farming town in north-central Florida, home to about 500 residents. Located in Bradford County about 20 miles from Gainesville, it's accessible via US-301 north to State Road 18. The area features rolling pine forests and cattle ranches typical of rural Florida. An old railroad depot downtown recalls Hampton's days as a timber and agricultural shipping hub.
