Hammonton is a small city in southern New Jersey's Pine Barrens, about 30 miles west of Atlantic City. The main access is US Route 206, which connects north to I-195 and south through town. Routes 54 and 30 provide east-west connections to the shore and Philadelphia area. The town calls itself the "Blueberry Capital of the World" and roadside farm stands sell fresh berries during summer harvest season.
