Guernsey is a small Wyoming town on US Highway 26, about 25 miles southeast of Casper and 100 miles northeast of Cheyenne. Located along the North Platte River in high plains country, it serves travelers on the historic Oregon Trail corridor and provides access to Guernsey State Park, where you can still see original wagon ruts carved into sandstone by thousands of pioneers.
