Greenwood is a small farming town in central Sussex County, Delaware, home to about 1,500 people. US Route 13 runs right through the middle, connecting north to Dover and south to Salisbury, Maryland, while Route 16 heads east to the beaches. The town sits on flat agricultural land with easy driving conditions year-round, and Delaware Coastal Airport is nearby for general aviation. Greenwood hosts Delaware's largest Mennonite school auction each September.
