Greenfield is a tiny farming town in western Oklahoma with about 113 residents, reached mainly via State Highway 8. The highway connects west to Watonga (15 miles) and US 270, providing access to Oklahoma City about 70 miles southeast. Most long-distance travelers use I-40 to US 270, then local highways. The town's vintage grain elevator serves as a prominent landmark visible across the surrounding wheat fields and prairie.
