Greenfield is a small Minnesota city 20 miles southwest of Minneapolis, reached via I-494 west to Highway 169 south, then County Road 19. This rural community of under 3,000 sits among lakes and farmland in western Hennepin County. Highway 5 connects it to Chaska and other western suburbs. The city still has working farms within its borders, including a century-old family dairy operation.
