Green Ridge is a small farming town of 500 people in central Missouri, located on Highway 65 about 20 miles south of Sedalia. The main route connects north to Interstate 70 and Kansas City, or south toward the Lake of the Ozarks region. The restored 1920s grain elevator still operates and serves as the town's most recognizable landmark along the highway.
