Gratiot is a small farming community in Licking County, about 25 miles northeast of Columbus via I-70 east to Route 37 north. The village of 264 sits along State Route 37, with Route 661 providing east-west connections to Newark and other county towns. Most visitors are passing through rural Ohio or making short trips to nearby Granville. The original 1834 street grid still follows Raccoon Creek, where you can spot the old mill foundation near Main Street.
