Grady is a tiny farming town of 99 people in eastern New Mexico's high plains. US Highway 84 runs right through it, about 25 miles northwest of Clovis via flat rangeland. The massive grain elevator towers over the surrounding fields and serves as a landmark you can spot from miles away.
