Godwin is a tiny farming community in Cumberland County, about 15 miles northeast of Fayetteville via NC Highway 87. Most visitors arrive from Fayetteville or connect from Interstate 95 through rural county roads. The area sits in North Carolina's Coastal Plain with rolling farmland and pine forests. You'll still see traditional tobacco barns scattered throughout the countryside.
