Glenville is a small farming town in southern Minnesota, eight miles south of Albert Lea on Highway 65. Most visitors take I-35 to Exit 11, then follow Highway 65 south. The town of 572 sits amid rolling farmland near the Iowa border, with the Albert Lea airport 10 miles north. The historic Community Center hosts the popular annual Glenville Days celebration with its traditional parade and community barbecue.
