Gilbert is a tiny Arkansas mountain community of just 16 people, tucked away in Searcy County about 100 miles north of Little Rock. You'll reach it via Highway 65 through Marshall, then winding county roads into the Ozark backcountry. The challenging mountain routes feature steep grades and sharp curves through dense forests. It's one of Arkansas's smallest incorporated towns by population.
