Genola is a small farming town in Utah Valley, reached via State Route 68 from I-15 Exit 250, about 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City. The community sits between Payson and Santaquin in flat agricultural land with mountain views. Most traffic uses SR-68 to connect between Payson and western valley communities. The town still operates a one-room schoolhouse from 1896.
