Geneva sits in Alabama's Wiregrass region about 90 miles southeast of Montgomery. Highway 27 runs through downtown connecting to Enterprise and Dothan south, Troy north. State Route 52 heads east-west toward Hartford and Florida. The 1904 courthouse with its Victorian clock tower dominates the town square and has kept time for over a century.
