Geneseo is a small city in northwestern Illinois, about 20 miles from the Quad Cities. Interstate 80 provides the main access with exits at Route 82 and US Route 6, which runs right through downtown. The Rock River flows through the area, and the city serves as a regional center for the surrounding farm country. The standout feature is the 1889 City Hall with its historic clock tower that's been the town's signature landmark for more than a century.
