Garden City is a tiny farming town of 78 people in northeastern South Dakota's Clark County. Highway 212 runs right through it, connecting to Watertown 25 miles east for services and shopping. State Highway 25 provides north-south access to the interstate system. The original 1880s grain elevator still towers over the prairie, visible for miles as a landmark.
