Gann Valley is one of South Dakota's tiniest incorporated towns with just six residents, located in Buffalo County along the Missouri River valley. Take I-90 west from Sioux Falls about 180 miles, then Highway 83 north through Vivian to reach this remote prairie settlement. The town holds the distinction of being among the smallest incorporated places in the entire state.
