Gann is a tiny farming community in Knox County, about 15 miles northeast of Mount Vernon via Route 229. With just 137 residents, it sits among rolling corn and soybean fields typical of central Ohio. Most visitors arrive from Columbus via I-71 to Mount Vernon, then take local roads northeast through the countryside. The community's most notable feature is its location along Dry Creek, where a historic covered bridge once stood before being replaced by the current span.
