Gandy is a tiny Sandhills community of 42 people in Logan County, reached via county roads about 15 miles south of Highway 2. Most visitors drive from North Platte or Grand Island, both around 90 miles away. There's no EV charging here, so plan stops in larger towns. The 1887 post office still serves as the town's main gathering spot.
