Galena is a small Eastern Shore town of 728 people in Kent County, reached mainly via Route 213. From Baltimore or DC, take Route 50 east across the Bay Bridge, then Route 213 north about 30 miles. The town sits in flat farmland along the Chester River watershed and features the historic white-steepled Methodist Church that's visible from the main road.
