Fulton is a tiny farming town in southeastern Kansas, population 93, sitting along Highway 7 about 15 miles north of Fort Scott. Most visitors drive Highway 7 from Fort Scott or connect via Highway 54 from east or west. The area has rolling prairie farmland with no EV charging stations, so plan fuel stops in Fort Scott.
