Frenchtown is a small Delaware River town in western New Jersey, home to about 1,750 people in Hunterdon County. Route 12 runs right through town, connecting to Route 29 along the river. Most visitors arrive via I-78 to Route 513 or through Lambertville on Route 29. The historic Uhlerstown-Frenchtown covered bridge from 1841 still carries cars across the Delaware River to Pennsylvania.
