Fremont is a small farming town in northeastern Indiana's lake region, about 45 minutes north of Fort Wayne via I-69 and State Road 120. The area features rolling farmland dotted with lakes and enjoys typical Midwest weather. Most visitors arrive on I-69 from Indianapolis or Michigan, while locals use SR-120 for trips to Angola or Kendallville. The 1897 Fremont Opera House still hosts community theater in the heart of downtown.
