Fredonia is a small farming town in western Kentucky's Caldwell County, surrounded by rolling agricultural hills. Highway 62 runs directly through town, connecting east to Princeton and the Western Kentucky Parkway for longer trips. Highway 139 provides north-south access to Dawson Springs and Marion. The town's restored 1920s movie theater still shows weekend films, serving as the centerpiece of the historic downtown district.
