Franklin is a small farming town of 526 people in south-central Minnesota, about 15 miles northwest of Redwood Falls via Highway 19. Most visitors arrive on US 212 from the Twin Cities, about 100 miles east. The grain elevator dominates the skyline and remains an active agricultural hub.
