Forest Hills is a small Jefferson County city about 15 miles southeast of Louisville, with under 400 residents in Kentucky's rolling hill country. Reach it via I-264 East from Louisville or I-65 to the Gene Snyder Freeway from the south. Louisville's main airport is 20 miles northwest, while Bowman Field is closer for private aviation. Despite nearly 1,000 people per square mile, it keeps a tight-knit neighborhood feel.
