Foreman is a small Arkansas town of about 1,000 people located 15 miles from the Texas border in Little River County. Highway 41 runs directly through town, connecting north to Highway 32 and south toward Texas. Most visitors arrive via Interstate 30 from Little Rock (120 miles) or Highway 32 from Texarkana (45 miles). The town features a restored 1920s cotton gin that now operates as a community museum.
