Flushing is a small eastern Ohio city in Belmont County, home to about 1,100 people in the Appalachian foothills. Reach it via I-70 to Exit 208, then south on local roads for 10 miles, or take State Route 149 from St. Clairsville. The 1895 Opera House anchors downtown and still hosts community events.
