Flasher is a small Missouri River town 35 miles south of Bismarck via Highway 1806. Take I-94 to the Mandan exit, then follow 1806 south for about 40 minutes through rolling prairie. The town sits at a dramatic bend where the Missouri River curves sharply eastward before continuing southeast.
