Fisher is a farming town of about 1,600 people in east-central Illinois, 15 miles northeast of Champaign-Urbana. Take I-57 to Exit 250, then Route 136 east, or use US 150 from Champaign. The restored 1920s grain elevator dominates the skyline and serves as a prairie landmark.
