Farwell is a tiny farming community of 43 people in west-central Minnesota's Pope County. Highway 28 runs right through town, connecting to Glenwood (15 miles east) and Morris (25 miles west). It's about 130 miles from the Twin Cities via I-94 west to Highway 28. The town still has its original 1900 railroad depot, now used as a community center.
