Farina is a small farming town in south-central Illinois, about 70 miles east of St. Louis. Take Illinois Route 185 north from US Route 50 to reach the center of town. The area is surrounded by corn and soybean fields typical of the prairie landscape. The town's restored 1906 railroad depot now operates as a local history museum.
