Fairview is a small farming town in Utah's Sanpete Valley, reached primarily via US Highway 89 from Provo (45 miles north) or Spanish Fork Canyon. The town sits at 6,000 feet between the Wasatch Plateau and San Pitch Mountains, with State Route 31 heading east into scenic Fairview Canyon. The historic Fairview Museum occupies a restored 1900 schoolhouse downtown.
