Fairfield is a tiny farming town in western Utah County, reached by taking State Route 73 west from Lehi for about 25 miles. Most visitors come from the Wasatch Front via I-15 to the Lehi exit, then follow SR-73 through rural farmland. The restored 1850s Stagecoach Inn, a two-story adobe building that once served travelers on the California-bound Overland Stage route, stands as the town's main historical landmark.
