Factoryville is a small borough in northeastern Pennsylvania's Wyoming County, about 20 miles from Scranton via State Route 6. Most visitors arrive from Interstate 81, exiting at Clarks Summit and following country roads north through farmland and rolling hills. The town serves as a quiet residential community for those commuting to larger employment centers, with limited local amenities but easy access to the Endless Mountains region. Factoryville got its name from the historic Dalton Foundry that once manufactured stoves here.
