Export is a small borough about 20 miles east of Pittsburgh in Westmoreland County. Take US Route 22 east from the city, then PA Route 981 south to reach this quiet community of under 900 people. Arnold Palmer Regional Airport is 15 miles southeast via local roads. The town got its name from the Export Coal Company, which once shipped coal through the local railroad depot.
