Evans sits just north of Greeley in Colorado's Weld County, connected by US 85 running north-south toward Denver (60 miles) and Wyoming. Highway 392 runs east-west through town, while most visitors use US 34 through Greeley to reach I-25 near Loveland. The city maintains one of Colorado's few remaining drive-in theaters, the Holiday Twin Drive-In, operating since 1968.
