Eubank is a small Kentucky town of about 400 people in Pulaski County, sitting along US Highway 27 between Somerset and the Tennessee border. The town serves as a gateway to Daniel Boone National Forest and features a rare 1920s concrete arch bridge over Fishing Creek that's still in use today.
