Etna is a small farming town in far northern California's Scott Valley, about 45 miles southwest of Yreka via Highway 3. The main route from I-5 takes you through Yreka, then south on winding Highway 3 through mountain terrain. The town sits at nearly 3,000 feet elevation, surrounded by the Marble Mountains. The restored Etna Brewing Company operates in an 1870s building that housed the area's original brewery during mining boom times.
