Enigma is a small farming community in south-central Georgia, home to 1,140 people in Berrien County's agricultural region. Reach it via State Route 125 from I-75 near Tifton, about 20 miles east, or take SR-32 for east-west travel between Sylvester and Douglas. The town got its name in 1897 when residents couldn't decide what to call their new post office.
