Emmett is a tiny city in southeastern Michigan's St. Clair County, near the Canadian border. Reach it via M-19, which connects south to Port Huron (15 miles) and I-94 for longer trips. Most visitors arrive from Detroit, about 70 miles southwest via I-94 and M-19. The town maintains one of Michigan's smallest post offices in a building that's served the community for decades.
