Emery is a small farming town in Utah's Castle Valley, accessible via State Route 10 about 15 miles south of I-70. The area serves as Emery County's seat, with most visitors arriving through Castle Dale or heading to nearby outdoor recreation areas. The historic 1910 courthouse remains one of Utah's oldest continuously operating county courthouses.
