Elysian is a lakeside town of 676 people in south-central Minnesota, about 60 miles south of Minneapolis via I-35 and Highway 60. The main draw is 1,800-acre Lake Elysian, known for excellent walleye and northern pike fishing with a public boat launch downtown.
