The town occupies flat agricultural land in the Bear River valley, with the Wasatch Mountains rising to the east. Most visitors arrive from I-15 via Brigham City, while locals use Highway 13 to connect with neighboring communities. The town's most notable landmark is its preserved 1904 one-room schoolhouse on Main Street.
